What kind of dressing is on the salad and what is in it?
We do not dress our Fresh Cabbage Salad, but we have a Magic Dressing available. The salad itself is shredded, fresh Green Cabbage, Purple Cabbage, and Carrots.

Is the Magic Sauce gluten free?
Unfortunately, the Magic Sauce isn’t gluten free. The gluten is in soy sauce, which is an ingredient in the Magic Sauce (which is also brushed onto the chicken) and Beef and Rib marinades.
Is it possible to order a gluten free meal?
Yes. To order a gluten-free meal, ask for our chicken items with absolutely no sauce. But please remember that our meats are cooked on the same surfaces, so there will be trace amounts of gluten. Since all of our beef is marinaded, it is not possible to order a beef item that is gluten free. We are doing our best to go completely gluten free for every body’s sake.
What are the prices?
Because most of the stores are franchised stores (independently owned and operated), the prices may vary a bit from store to store.

Because our stores are independently owned and operated, please go to the store where you want to work at and ask for a job application there.
Do you have any gift cards?
We do not have any system-wide gift cards at this time. Please check with your local Flame Broiler store to see if they provide any gift cards or certificates!
Do you have sriracha?
We don’t have Sriracha, but we do have our own Triple Hot Sauce that packs just as much heat.
