What is Magic Rewards?
It is Flame Broiler’s customer loyalty program.
How do I sign up for Magic Rewards?
You can download the Flame Broiler app and sign up or create an online ordering account at flamebroilerusa.com.
How old do I have to be to join?
You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member.
How can I see my points and rewards balance?
Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your account from your Flame Broiler Mobile App. Please allow up to 48 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
How can I change the email or phone number tied to my account?
You can log into your account from your Flame Broiler Mobile App and update your profile at any time.
I forgot my username and password, what now?
Your username is the email address or phone number used to sign up for the account.
- If you forgot the email address or phone number associated with your account, contact our Customer Service team at https://flamebroilerusa.com/contact/
- If you forgot your password, go to the account login page from your Flame Broiler Mobile App and click Forgot Password.
What is the point structure of my Magic Rewards?
You earn ten points for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (i.e. 1 dollar = 10 points).
How do I earn points?
We’re hard at work to allow for in-store earnings, but for now, points can only be earned on digital orders through our website or mobile app on select items at participating locations.
Can I still get points for my purchases if I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout?
Unfortunately, no. Currently, you can only earn the points at the time of your purchase through your mobile app or online ordering for select items at participating locations.
How can I use my points?
As you earn points, different rewards will become available.
What purchases qualify for points?
Points are earned on most digital orders through our website and mobile app. Points are not earned if you purchase a gift card, third party delivery, gratuities, coupons, discounts, or receipt adjustments.
Do points expire?
Points will expire on the expiration date set by Flame Broiler.
Can I redeem my Reward and other offer on the same time?
No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction and cannot combine the Reward and another offer.
Does the Reward cover tax?
No, the Reward does not cover tax.
How do I redeem a Reward?
Before making a purchase, sign-in to your account to see your available rewards in your browser or mobile app and select “Redeem Rewards” at checkout.
When do Rewards expire?
Rewards vary in their time to expire but generally will be active for 30 days.
